I acknowledge that I teach and practice on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee, the Wendat and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations. These lands have been cared for by Indigenous Peoples since time immemorial, and continue to be home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

I offer gratitude to the original caretakers of this land, to the teachers and seekers who came before me, and to the teacher within. May this practice be rooted in respect, reciprocity, and a commitment to listening and learning.
