Spirit Alchemy Collective’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive Yoga Alliance certified program combining traditional yoga study, Reiki, and embodiment practices in the lush coastal landscape of Costa Rica.

Rooted in the Eight Limbs of Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin, the training explores asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, sequencing, teaching methodology, and energetic awareness. Students gain practical teaching experience while developing a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.

The program includes 150 hours of in-person training and 50 hours of online study, with additional Reiki certification and embodiment education woven throughout the experience.

This training is open to aspiring teachers, dedicated practitioners, and experienced teachers looking to deepen their practice. No previous teacher training is required.
